Training for preventing disaster, supporting PR activity

It is required to publish lessons from disaster for long.   Recently it is appreciated that Open Data is becoming popular among government agencies.     We support to publish information through PR leaflet or the internet in order to achieve the goal to inform a target group what you want to tell, for example editing texts for training purpose to children or government agencies, or sending our staff as a tutor for training.
